FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking entry-level, part-time Pawnbroker/Retail Sales Associate for our pawn stores. You will greet customers, process sales and loans, and work with jewelry and general merchandise. Commission applies and income is enhanced by productivity.

The role offers hourly wages with additional commission, opportunities to learn, and a supportive team environment. Training provided; lifting and safety requirements apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum age 18.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Firearms certification ability preferred/required in some locations.

Responsabilités

• Greet and engage customers to provide positive service and financial solutions.
• Perform open/close procedures and cash handling.
• Keep sales floor clean and merchandised; manage displays.
• Process sales and loan transactions following policies and regulations.
• Answer calls and communicate product and policy details to customers.
• Work with coworkers and managers to deliver a memorable customer experience.
