Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking entry-level, part-time Pawnbroker/Retail Sales Associate for our pawn stores across the nation. The role combines customer service with sales and loan processing, with a base hourly rate plus commissions based on performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Cash handling experience is preferred.
• Should be able to work in multiple locations as needed.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Computer literate and able to operate POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to develop rapport and present financial solutions.
• Perform open/close procedures for the store.
• Keep the sales floor clean and well-stocked.
• Process sales and loan transactions per policies and regulations.
• Handle cash and negotiable items per procedures.
• Assist customers and respond to inquiries to ensure a positive experience.
