Job summary

FirstCash is seeking a part-time Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associate in Baton Rouge, LA. Base pay is $10.00–$13.00 per hour with commissions on transactions and access to Earned Wage Access after two days of employment.

You will greet customers, process sales and loans, stock the floor, and assist with daily store operations in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 with HS diploma or equivalent.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Strong desire to serve customers and work with a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and engage to recommend financial solutions.
• Process sales and pawn/loan transactions accurately.
• Keep sales floor clean, stocked and organized.
• Operate POS systems and handle cash responsibly.
