Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Part-Time Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associate for store locations nationwide. You will greet customers, handle sales and loan transactions, and help resolve issues while promoting a positive experience. This role includes potential commission and benefits.

Employees may access Earned Wage Access and a 401(k) after six months. Flexibility with hours, weekend work, and location variety are expected as part of the job.

Qualifications

• Minimum Age: 18 years old.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Cash handling experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with customers to develop a rapport and provide financial solutions.
• Perform sales and loan transactions following policies and procedures.
• Keep the sales floor clean, stocked, and displays maintained.
• Handle cash and negotiable items per policies.
• Assist customers with inquiries and problem resolution.
• Communicate the legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions to customers.
• Collaborate with teammates to create a positive customer experience.
• Complete assigned training and other duties as needed.
