Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking entry-level Part-Time Pawnbroker/Retail Sales Associate for our pawn stores nationwide, including Abilene, TX.

You will greet customers, process sales and loans, and help with inquiries while delivering a positive shopping and lending experience. Earned Wage Access up to 50% of wages, commission on transactions (2–8%), employee discounts, and a 401(k) plan after six months are offered.

Qualifications

• Willing to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Able to handle firearms certification where required.
• Cash handling and basic math proficiency.
• Customer-focused and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to provide appropriate financial solutions.
• Perform opening/closing procedures as needed.
• Keep sales floor clean and merchandise displayed.
• Process sales and loan transactions following policies.
• Handle cash and negotiable items per procedures.
• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries.
