Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer Patrol Driver in Tracy, CA. You will perform driving and unarmed patrol duties at a retail location, maintaining a visible presence to deter incidents and provide customer service in line with Allied Universal’s values.

Responsibilities include responding to security concerns, conducting patrols, and reporting incidents. A valid driver’s license is required, with background checks and drug screening conducted per policy.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation will be conducted as per federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories.
• A drug screen will be conducted as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to customers, visitors, and/or associates following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Respond to incidents and concerns calmly and professionally, escalating as needed.
• Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, policy violations, hazards, and maintenance issues to store management.
• Assist with access control, monitor designated areas, and complete incident reports and patrol logs.
