Qualifications

• Guard Card or license preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check will be conducted where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out access-control procedures and site policies.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify credentials, maintain logs, and direct personnel to check-in areas.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate to site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, loading areas, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
• Document daily activities and incidents promptly according to site procedures.
