Qualifications

• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Driver's license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and associates per site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the facility to deter incidents.
• Monitor access points, verify entry, and maintain visitor, contractor, and delivery documentation.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies with calm, clear communication to leadership and responders.
• Document patrols, incidents, and observations per policy.
