Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires Associate’s degree or 2 years related experience.
• Experience in patient placement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate bed placements for admissions from ED, surgeries, clinics and transfers.
• Enter admission data into EPIC EMR accurately.
• Monitor census and bed status in Bed Tracking system.
• Coordinate bed assignments and communicate needs to COA.
• Support interfacility transfers and EMTALA compliance.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and provide high-level service.
