RiseMe is seeking a Patient Service Specialist - Float to support multiple outpatient centers in the West Suburbs of Chicago. This part-time role pays $19.00-$21.00 per hour and involves front desk and patient coordination at several IL locations.

You will greet patients, register them, schedule visits, handle insurance verifications, and collect co-pays while maintaining excellent patient experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of medical office experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and explain visit expectations.
• Schedule appointments in person and by phone.
• Coordinate with attorneys, insurers, translation firms, and operational leaders.
• Collect co-pays and manage payer approvals, verifications, and authorizations.
