Select Medical's College Park outpatient physical therapy center is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to be the friendly first contact for patients at the front desk. You will greet, register, schedule visits, collect co-pays, and coordinate with insurance and the care team to ensure smooth visits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of front desk experience is required.
• 1 year of medical office experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients; provide information about visit expectations and next appointment as they check out.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone.
• Maintain regular communication with attorneys, insurance companies, translation services, market leaders and the business development team.
