The position is 20 hours per week with rotating Wednesday and Friday shifts and two Saturday mornings per month, providing front-desk services, billing data entry, and medical records support

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years related customer service experience.
• Experience handling difficult caller/customers/patients.

Responsabilités

• Provides efficient, high-quality service to patients arriving for appointments or requesting information.
• Ensures entry of billing information at time of service and follow-up on missing data.
• Maintains accurate and timely medical records in the patient accounting system.
