• Offers alternatives to menu within prescribed diet orders and dietary restrictions.
• Responsive to patients' needs and resolves concerns or escalates to supervisor as needed.
• Adheres to HIPAA, health, and sanitation regulations and HACCP guidelines.
• Completes daily, weekly or monthly reports as outlined by corporate policies.
