Job summary

TouchPoint Support Services, part of Compass Group, is hiring immediately for full-time Patient Server positions at Henry Ford Providence Novi, MI. No experience required; training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
• Computer technical skills to operate hospital systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient food service on assigned units, including menu selections and tray delivery.
• Assemble trays accurately according to menu orders.
• Coordinate with nursing staff to meet diet prescriptions.
• Retrieve trays from patients' rooms and maintain tray accuracy.
• Uphold HIPAA and patient confidentiality policies.
• Maintain sanitary work environment and comply with safety procedures.
