Job summary

Envision Radiology is seeking a Part-Time Patient Service Representative to join our Rockwall, TX center. Work Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–3:00 PM on-site with a pay range of $17.70–$21.30 per hour. Opportunity for a short training at our North Arlington facility may be available.

The PSR focuses on patient care, handling scheduling, registrations, and payments while maintaining excellent service and compliance. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• One plus year of experience providing exceptional customer service - healthcare environment preferred.
• Detail oriented, self-motivated, a problem solver and a team player.
• Ability to excel in a very fast-pace team environment.
• Ability to continuously "exceed" company and customer expectation.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and greet patients warmly.
• Check in/out patients and document properly.
• Collect co-pays, co-insurance, and deductible.
• Enter data and schedule patient appointments.
• Assist with medical records and billing processing.
• Manage workflow queues and ensure timely processing.
