Job summary

Envision Radiology in Frisco, TX seeks a PRN Patient Service Representative to join our outpatient team. The role focuses on patient care support, front-desk duties, and scheduling, ensuring a friendly, efficient experience.

You will handle check-in/out, collect co-pays, verify insurance, enter charges, and support billing workflows while maintaining compliance and quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• One plus year of experience providing exceptional customer service – healthcare environment preferred.
• Detail oriented, self-motivated, a problem solver and a team player.
• Ability to excel in a very fast-pace team environment.
• Ability to continuously “exceed” company and customer expectation.

Responsibilities

• Answers inbound calls to the Center.
• Provides a friendly and warm greeting to all patients and/or providers.
• Checks scheduled patients in/out and ensures proper documentation is received.
• Collects co-pays, co-insurance, and deductible if necessary.
• Listsens and resolves patient, provider, and any customer complaints.
• Ensures accurate data entry for patient registration.
