• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1+ years of experience in customer service, healthcare support, or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication with empathy and clarity.
• Active listening and ability to navigate sensitive conversations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate timely medication deliveries by managing inbound/outbound calls with patients and caregivers.
• Build trust with patients through clear, compassionate communication about therapy and next steps.
• Explain information in a patient-friendly way.
• Support prescription processing by updating medication orders with pharmacists.
• Follow up proactively to reinforce education and continuity of therapy.
• Maintain accurate patient records and document interactions clearly.
• Deliver high-quality service with professionalism, empathy, and responsiveness.
• Act as a connector between pharmacy operations, clinical teams, and providers.
• Contribute to a high-performing team by meeting productivity/quality benchmarks.
• Identify opportunities to improve communication and patient experience.
