Job summary

Inspire Physical & Hand Therapy, part of Therapy Partners Group, seeks a part-time Patient Care Coordinator (Medical Receptionist) for our 5th Ave location in Spokane, with coverage at N Mayfair St as needed. Schedule is 20 hours per week, Monday–Friday, in Spokane.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, answering phones, coordinating with billing and clinicians, maintaining confidentiality, and adhering to HIPAA policies.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Data Entry, System Dashboard and/or Worklist Completion Projects a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and maintain a friendly, welcoming relationship with patients and staff.
• Answer phones and greet patients professionally.
• Coordinate with Billing, Therapists, and Aide staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and protect operations.
