The position supports scheduling, payments, and portal adoption while ensuring accurate data and regulatory compliance.

Qualificações

• Greet patients and gather demographic and insurance information accurately.
• Explain forms and assist with registrations and consent where needed.
• Understand revenue cycle implications of incomplete information.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service and first impressions of Billings Clinic.
• Enter patient information accurately including demographics and insurance data.
• Initiate revenue cycle activities for timely billing and follow-up as needed.
• Educate patients about forms and portal access and collect co-pays as required.
• Validate insurance using IntelliSource and coordinate Medicaid authorizations when needed.
• Schedule appointments and communicate pre-appointment requirements.
