Lupient Kia of Brooklyn Park is seeking a part-time Parts Driver to join our busy parts department. The role runs Thursdays and Fridays from 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM, delivering parts to customers, satellite stores, wholesale accounts, and vendors.

You will log deliveries, verify invoices, and assist with stocking and shop support. Qualified applicants will have a valid driver's license, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Qualificações

• Experience in a dealership is preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Picks up and delivers parts and equipment to customers, satellite stores, wholesale accounts, and vendors.
• Checks with the parts manager or other staff before leaving to coordinate pickups or deliveries.
• Delivers parts to body shop when needed and distributes to technicians.
• Verifies invoices match purchase orders for each pickup.
• Logs daily deliveries and pickup; gets recipient signatures.
• Unloads truck nightly; submits paperwork and undelivered parts.
• Maintains truck: gas, oil, cleanliness, inspections.
• Assists service department with drop-off/pick-up of customers' cars.
• Stocking and posting orders to expedite shop deliveries.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Lupient KIA of Brooklyn Park is looking for a part time (Thursday's and Friday's 6:30AM-4:00PM) Parts Driver/Parts Runner to join our busy parts department! JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Picks up and delivers parts and equipment to customers, satellite stores, wholesale accounts, and vendors.
• Checks with the parts manager, wholesale representative, inventory control administrator, parts counter persons or shipping and receiving clerk before leaving to coordinate any last-minute pick-ups or deliveries.
• Delivers parts to body shop when needed and distributes to appropriate body technicians.
• Verifies that invoice matches purchase order for each pick-up.
• Checks payments received with the invoices for each delivery.
• Keeps an accurate log of daily deliveries and pick-ups. Requests recipient's signature on each delivery entry.
• Unloads truck each night. Turns in all paperwork and undelivered parts.
• Handles basic maintenance of the truck including filling tank with gas, checking oil, keeping it clean and making sure required inspections are performed.
• Helps maintain the professional appearance of the parts department.
• Assists service department as needed with attendant responsibilities of managing the drop-off and pick-up of customers' cars.
• Helps with stocking and posting orders when they arrive to expedite delivery to shop technicians and wholesale accounts.
• Other tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience working in a dealership preferred, but not required
• Computer proficiency
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds unassisted
• Current valid driver's license with driving record that meets insurance company standards
