Job summary

Learfield in Saint Paul is seeking a part-time Associate Coordinator to support on-campus operations for our sports properties. You will help with game day execution, sponsorship fulfillment, and administrative tasks.

The role requires strong organization, reliable communication, and the ability to work evenings and weekends during athletic events. You will prepare proposals, support reporting in our systems, and coordinate with athletics staff and partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales, marketing or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends for events.

Responsibilities

• Represent Learfield on campus and maintain strong university partner relationships.
• Support sponsorship elements to ensure fulfillment and client satisfaction.
• Assist gameday operations, including signage setup and hospitality areas.
• Support on- and off-field sponsorship activations and promotional materials.
• Prepare proposals and presentations using PowerPoint.
• Utilize systems for reporting, data entry, and basic analysis.
• Coordinate with athletics staff and partners; provide office support.
• Assist with gameday program sales and other projects.
