Job summary

EPI Events is seeking part-time event staff to support Duke University Athletics and other venues in the Raleigh/Durham area. You will work with event supervisors to ensure guests have a safe and enjoyable experience, manage parking, and monitor access to reserved lots.

Responsibilities include providing superior customer service, assisting with operations across Raleigh/Durham and Winston-Salem regions, and performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Must be 18 years or older and pass a background check.
• Experience in part-time event staff or parking roles is preferred.
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests at Duke University Athletics and other venues.
• Assist with parking operations and monitor access to reserved areas.
• Provide superior customer service and ensure a safe, enjoyable experience.
• Coordinate with Event Supervisors to support Raleigh/Durham region events.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Operations.
