Job summary

CircusTrix, LLC is seeking part-time Crew Members to deliver a safe, engaging guest experience across multiple park stations. You will support staff across roles from Court Monitor to Front Desk, adapting to business needs with reliability, teamwork, and a positive attitude.

On-site at our park location, candidates must be 16+ and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Starting wage is $15.00 per hour, with opportunities to grow as you gain experience in fast-paced, energetic

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and operational guidelines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a safe and positive guest experience at all times.
• Follow and enforce park safety rules and operational procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members.
• Adapt to changing business demands and station assignments.
• Demonstrate teamwork, accountability, and professionalism during each shift.
• Actively supervise attractions to ensure guest safety (Court Monitor).
• Welcome guests and assist with flow and waivers (Greeter).
• Lead birthday parties and coordinate event logistics (Party Host).
• Process orders and payments at the Café FOH and BOH duties.
