Job summary

ZooTampa at Lowry Park is seeking a Park Quality Representative to support guest service and the Operations Department. The role involves cleaning the Zoo grounds and facilities, including restrooms, trashcans, common eating areas, behind‑the‑scenes areas, and Zoo School spaces, with emphasis on safety and guest readiness.

Hours are up to 28 per week with minimum three days per week, including holidays and weekends; a high school diploma is required and cleaning or housekeeping experience is

Responsibilities

• Clean Zoo grounds and facilities, including restrooms, trashcans, and common areas.
• Perform cleaning in designated behind‑the‑scenes areas and Zoo School spaces.
• Provide guests with exceptional service and enforce policies courteously.
• Respond to internal requests and maintain safety guidelines.
• Ensure work areas are fully inspected and guest‑ready before completion.
