Alturas Preparatory Academy in Idaho Falls is seeking a Part-Time Paraprofessional for the 2026-2027 school year. This role supports teachers and students in grades 6–12, reinforces instruction, and helps maintain a safe, engaging classroom.

You must have a high school diploma and Idaho paraprofessional credentials; English communication and confidentiality are essential. Schedule Monday-Thursday, about 28 hours per week; starting wages begin at $18/hour, $20/hour with a bachelor’s degree or

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Pass ParaPro Assessment or have 30 college credits or be able to obtain one of these upon hire.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and maintain confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Provide instructional support to students individually and in small groups.
• Reinforce teacher-led instruction and learning objectives.
• Support classroom routines and transitions.
• Assist with supervision and safety of students during various school activities.
