• Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and other administrative documents using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Conduct legal research and support ongoing legal projects as needed.
• Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and external partners while providing general administrative support.

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal to provide legal and administrative support within a fast-paced professional office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating organized systems, managing confidential legal documentation, and supporting day-to-day legal operations with accuracy and professionalism. RESPONSIBILITIES:

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and document management abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality.
• Experience supporting legal professionals in a law firm or professional services environment is highly preferred.
