Job summary

Catholic Charities of Eastern Oklahoma is seeking a part-time Pantry Coordinator in Sallisaw. You will train, supervise, and direct pantry staff and coordinate day-to-day pantry activities, ensuring proper volunteer coverage and timely monthly reports.

You will manage food procurement, distribution, and donations, maintain records per USDA guidelines, and uphold food safety standards while sustaining client-choice operations in a dignified shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Computer literate with Outlook, AssistOK and Excel.
• Must be able to lift 20 pounds, bend, stoop, sit and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Train, supervise and direct pantry volunteers and staff.
• Coordinate day-to-day pantry activities and ensure volunteer coverage.
• Maintain inventory records, donations, client data and monthly reports.
• Ensure food is properly labeled and FIFO rotation is followed.
• Maintain clean and organized pantry according to USDA guidelines.
