Responsibilities

• Train, supervise and direct pantry staff and volunteers.
• Coordinate day-to-day pantry activities and ensure coverage.
• Maintain inventory, donations, and client data; prepare monthly reports.
• Ensure food safety standards, FIFO rotation, and USDA labeling.
• Maintain clean, organized pantry spaces and secure premises daily.
• Coordinate Feeding America pick-ups and temp records for refrigeration.
• Engage in community outreach and relationships with partner organizations.
