Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company in Albertville, MN (Store #703258) is seeking a Part-time Color Mixer Specialist to tint and mix paint to customer specifications and assist wholesale and retail customers with product recommendations.

You will prepare orders, stock shelves, handle transactions, and help maintain high visual standards and customer service while supporting the store in achieving its sales goals. Position requires lifting up to 70 pounds and flexibility for evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role with strong service orientation.
• Ability to upsell and recommend products.
• Attention to detail in tinting and mixing paints.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customers' paint orders quickly and accurately
• Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications
• Preparing drawdowns for submittal to customers
• Clean, fill, and repair equipment, as needed
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas
• Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse
• Stock shelves and set up displays
• Clean store equipment
• Load/unload delivery trucks
• Assist in making deliveries, as needed
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistent with policies and procedures
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
• Comply with inventory control procedures
• Suggest ways to improve sales
