Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and able to work in the U.S.
• Authorized to work without sponsorship now or in the future
• Lift up to 50 lbs frequently, 70 lbs occasionally
• Willing to work evenings and weekends
• Meetings/HR training completed for current Sherwin-Williams role
• Ability to read and communicate in more than one language (Spanish preferred)

Responsibilities

• Prepare customers' paint orders quickly and accurately
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications
• Prepare drawdowns for submittal to customers
• Clean, fill, and repair equipment as needed
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas
• Stock shelves and set up displays
• Assist in deliveries and unload/load trucks
• Assist customers in person and over the phone
• Process sales transactions according to policies
• Maintain inventory and discuss product options with customers
• Suggest improvements to drive sales
