Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking a part-time Color Mixer Specialist to tint and mix paints to customer specifications and assist wholesale and retail customers.

You will stay up-to-date with product features, maintain high quality standards, and help achieve store sales goals while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Experience in paint or related products is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customers' paint orders quickly and accurately.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products and services.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistent with store policies.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; maintain clean, organized areas.
• Load/unload delivery trucks as needed; assist in deliveries when required.
