The Sherwin-Williams Company in Stillwater, MN is seeking a Part-Time Color Mixer Specialist for Store #3051. The role involves tinting and mixing paint to customer specifications, and working with wholesale and retail customers to determine needs and provide recommended solutions.

You will help maintain product quality and store displays. Starting pay is $16.68/hr or based on relevant experience; perform duties to meet customer needs and store sales goals while handling transactions and stock

Qualifications

Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
Willing to work evenings and weekends.
If internal to Sherwin-Williams, must have a meeting rating on performance appraisal.
If internal to Sherwin-Williams, must have completed HR Cloud eLearning courses.

Responsibilities

Prepare customers' paint orders quickly and accurately.
Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
Prepare drawdowns for submittal to customers.
Stock shelves and set up displays.
Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies.
Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products.
Assist in deliveries as needed.
