The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate at Automotive Finishes #9124 in Yonkers, NY. You will deliver products from the branch, prepare orders, load/unload deliveries, and assist customers in person and by phone.

Responsibilities include operating warehouse equipment, processing POS transactions, maintaining inventory, and completing required safety training. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with shifts posted per business needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license required
• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally
• Willingness to work all scheduled hours, with or without accommodation

Responsabilités

• Prepare orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
• Load and unload products from deliveries
• Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment ( forklifts, pallet jacks, carts )
• Assist customers in person and over the phone
• Process sales transactions in the POS accurately and consistently with policies
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Ensure stockroom is organized
• Operate color retrieval and paint mixing machine equipment as needed
• Comply with inventory control procedures and assist with physical inventory
• Complete Monthly and Quarterly Safety Training
