Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Part-time Customer Service Specialist to support wholesale and retail customers. You will determine needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions while upholding store quality and service standards.

This role is based at Store #703153, 1706 Stillwater Ave, Cheyenne, WY, and requires lifting up to 50–70 lbs, driving as needed, and flexibility to work evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the US.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Willing to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Able to work evenings and weekends as scheduled.
• HR Cloud eLearning courses completed (if internal to Sherwin-Williams).
• Meets expectations rating in performance appraisal (if internal).

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
• Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse.
• Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Clean store equipment.
• Load/unload delivery trucks; assist in deliveries as needed.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
• Comply with inventory control procedures.
• Suggest ways to improve sales.
