Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is hiring a Part-Time Customer Service Specialist at Store #3840 in Stevens Point, WI. You will assist customers in person and by phone, recommend products, and strive for high satisfaction while meeting sales goals.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, tinting and mixing as needed, stocking displays, and supporting deliveries. Must be 18+, have a valid license, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work without sponsorship.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Lift up to 50 lbs, up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• For internal Sherwin-Williams employees: meets expectations rating and HR Cloud courses.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent sales service to customers.
• Assist customers in person and by phone with product needs.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately.
• Follow and achieve sales goals monthly/quarterly/yearly.
• Maintain accurate work order files and formulas.
• Pull products from floor or warehouse; tint and mix as needed.
• Stock shelves, set up displays, and keep areas neat.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in deliveries.
• Stay knowledgeable on products and options; follow inventory procedures.
• Suggest ways to improve sales.
