Qualifications

• This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and strong customer service skills.
• Experience in retail or delivery is preferred, with ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Spanish language skills are a plus for customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products
• Build productive relationships with wholesale and retail customers
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies
• Follow and achieve sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly
• Maintain accurate work orders and inventory records
• Pull products from floor or warehouse; tint and mix as needed
• Stock shelves and set up displays; keep store equipment clean
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in deliveries as needed
• Maintain in-stock, presentable condition in assigned areas
• Stay knowledgeable on products and discuss options with customers
• Comply with inventory control procedures; suggest sales improvements
