You will assist customers, answer questions about products, and recommend solutions while maintaining store standards and achieving sales goals. Responsibilities include processing transactions, stocking shelves, tinting and mixing products, and supporting deliveries.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products and services.
• Build trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and according to policy.
• Meet sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Maintain accurate work order files and product formulas.
• Pull products from shelf or warehouse and tint/mix as needed.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; maintain clean equipment.
• Assist with deliveries when required; load/unload trucks.
• Stay knowledgeable about products and discuss options with customers.
• Follow inventory control procedures and suggest sales improvements.
