You will strive to deliver excellent customer service, maintain high store standards, stock shelves, tint and mix products, and support sales goals. The role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends, with starting pay of $15.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Excellent sales and customer interaction skills.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs and handle stocking duties.
• Able to work evenings and weekends.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams HR requirements completed for current role.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone to determine needs and present appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistent with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
• Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Clean store equipment.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist deliveries.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition in assigned areas.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
• Comply with inventory control procedures.
• Suggest ways to improve sales.
