Zusammenfassung

AlignMed Partners seeks a Part Time Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to deliver primary and urgent care in our Frederick, MD nursing facilities. The role supports 24-30 hours per week with no on-call or weekend requirements.

Responsibilities include collaborating with the Center Leadership Team and Medical Director to provide patient-centered care, while advancing AlignMed Partners' mission to improve lives through high-quality health care and compassion.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program with NP licensure and MSN.
• Nurse Practitioner certification with Older Adult or Family focus.
• PA applicant must be ARC-PA accredited and pass PANCE; state licensure required.
