Diamond Willow and Keystone Bluffs Assisted Living in Duluth, MN is seeking a part-time Overnight Medication Aide (TMA) to join our resident-centered team. You will administer medications, record inventories, and monitor vital signs while following care plans and facility policies.

This role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, rotating weekends, and overnight hours 10:00 pm–6:00 am. Prior TMA experience is preferred but not required, with CNA certification and Minnesota registry listing strongly

• Completion of a standardized medication administration training program for unlicensed personnel in nursing homes through a Minnesota postsecondary educational institution.
• Current certification and listing on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry.

• Measure and record vital signs including pulse, temperature, and blood pressure.
• Observe resident behavior and report any changes in condition or behavior to supervisor.

• Report errors in the administration of medications
• Review and follow a written care plan.
• Assist with caring for residents when needed

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments according to the facility’s medication policy
• Record and restock medication inventories, and process discontinued medication as directed by DON

Qualifications

All applicants must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible for consideration. Exception: Individuals under the age of 18 may be considered only if they possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license, in accordance with applicable regulations.

• Previous experience as a TMA is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Schedule:10:00pm-6:00am, rotating weekends
