Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of a standardized CNA training program.

• Applicants must be 18+ unless they hold a valid CNA license.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per policy.
• Record and restock medication inventories; process discontinued meds as directed by DON.
• Measure and record vital signs (pulse, temp, BP).
• Observe resident behavior and report changes to supervisor.
• Complete forms and charts; submit as required.
• Report errors in medication administration.
• Review and follow written care plans.
• Assist with resident care when needed.
• Perform other duties as requested.
