Qualifications

• Completion of a standardized medication administration training program.
• CNA certification and MN Nursing Assistant Registry current.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs as required by the role.
• Must be 18 years or older to be eligible.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments according to policy.
• Record and restock medication inventories as directed.
• Measure and record vital signs (pulse, temperature, BP).
• Observe resident behavior and report changes to supervisor.
• Complete forms and charts accurately and on time.
• Report errors in medication administration immediately.
• Review and follow a written care plan.
• Assist with resident care as needed.
• Perform other duties as requested.
