Job summary

Keystone Bluffs in Duluth, MN, is seeking a compassionate Part-Time Nursing Assistant (TMA) to support residents overnight. You will administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document care in our records, ensuring safety and respect for each resident.

The role requires completion of Minnesota's medication administration training for unlicensed staff, current CNA certification or eligibility, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Minnesota medication administration training for unlicensed staff is required.
• Must be listed on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry.
• Experience as a TMA is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments according to policy.
• Record and restock medication inventories and process discontinuations.
• Measure and record vital signs (pulse, temperature, BP).
• Observe resident behavior and report changes to supervisor.
• Complete forms and charts descriptively and submit as needed.
• Report errors in medication administration and follow care plans.
• Assist with resident care and other duties as requested.
