Job summary

The Courtyard by Marriott Charlottesville UVA Medical Center, part of Crestline Hotels & Resorts, seeks a dependable Night Auditor to join our Front Office team. You will manage check-ins/outs, handle calls, and balance nightly financials during the overnight shift.

This part-time role requires attention to detail, basic computer skills, and a willingness to work 11pm–7am. You will support housekeeping, maintain logs, and ensure guest satisfaction in a busy university-area hotel.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED required.
• One year experience in a hotel or similar role preferred.
• Ability to work the overnight shift 11pm–7am.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Handle check-ins and check-outs during the overnight shift.
• Answer inbound calls and assist guests following service standards.
• Audit and balance nightly financial data and cash/credit transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of work areas.
• Monitor and update the log book and system records.
