Job summary

Worth Ross Management Company seeks a polished Concierge for our luxury multifamily community in Downtown San Antonio. This part-time overnight role covers Friday and Saturday 11:30 pm to 8:00 am, delivering welcoming, high-touch service while protecting resident privacy.

You will greet residents, guests, and vendors, manage building access, and assist with questions and vendor coordination, using BuildingLink and email to log activity and respond promptly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in hospitality, luxury residential, concierge or customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional service to residents, guests, and vendors.
• Greet residents, guests, and vendors; manage building access.
• Assist residents with questions, requests, and vendor access coordination.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold resident privacy.
• Respond to resident concerns and emergencies, escalating when needed.
• Log daily activity, packages, and deliveries in BuildingLink.
• Contribute ideas to enhance services and improve resident experience.
• Support resident relations through timely follow-up and issue resolution.
