Job summary

Worth Ross Management Company (WRMC) is seeking a polished Concierge for our Downtown San Antonio luxury multifamily community. You will greet residents, guests, and vendors, manage building access, and ensure privacy and exceptional service in a fast-paced setting.

The role supports residents with questions, coordinates vendor access, and logs activities in BuildingLink, with a background in hospitality or high-end service preferred. Part-time overnight Fridays and Saturdays, 11:30 pm–8:00 am.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in hospitality, luxury residential, concierge, or customer service roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional service to residents, guests, and vendors.
• Manage building access and guest/vendor check-ins.
• Assist residents with questions, requests, and coordination of authorized vendor access.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold resident privacy at all times.
• Respond effectively to resident concerns and emergency situations, escalating when needed.
• Log daily activity, packages, and deliveries accurately in BuildingLink.
• Contribute ideas to enhance services and improve the resident experience.
• Support resident relations through timely follow-up and issue resolution.
