HomeTeam Pest Defense, Inc. is seeking a Part Time Outside Sales Representative to join our field team in Las Vegas. You will engage homeowners with our built-in pest control system, knock on doors, make calls, and guide customers through benefits and pricing while building lasting relationships.

The role emphasizes outdoor engagement, independence, and a friendly, supportive work environment. We offer an hourly wage with commission ($17–$18/hour), 29 hours per week, and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred – training will be provided.
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to homeowners with our built in pest control system to generate sales, including knocking on doors, and making telephone calls.
• Build long-term relationships with homeowners through patience and persistence.
• Explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam's products and services to current and potential customers.
• Complete sales documents accurately to ensure Pest Control Techs have all required information.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to homeowners with our built in pest control system to generate sales, including knocking on doors, and making telephone calls
• Use patience and persistence to build long-term relationships with homeowners
• Confidently explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam's products and services with current and potential customers
• Complete sales documents accurately and completely to ensure Pest Control Techs have all the information they need to create a delightful experience for the homeowner
• 29 hour work period weekly
• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently
