Lucas County Family and Children First Council in Ohio seeks a part-time Outreach Specialist to promote the Help Me Grow System of Supports across Northwest Ohio. You will build relationships with contractors, refer families, and support events to raise awareness and referrals.

You will travel regionally, coordinate with the Central Intake and Referral Coordinator, track activities for monthly reports, and communicate professionally with families, referral sources, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 4 years of supervised customer or social service experience, or an associate degree with 2 years case management.
• Valid Ohio driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Background checks including FBI/BCI required.

Responsabilités

• Establish and maintain relationships with home visiting and early intervention contractors in Northwest Ohio.
• Educate referral sources about program options and changes to generate referrals.
• Attend outreach events and ensure marketing materials are available.
• Track outreach activities for monthly reporting to Bright Beginnings and others.
• Interact professionally with families and stakeholders and maintain confidentiality.
