Corewell Health’s Musculoskeletal Center in Grand Rapids is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist. You will provide patient-centered therapy based on medical direction, educate patients and caregivers, and coordinate adaptive equipment as needed.

Qualified candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy (Master’s preferred), MI licensure upon hire, and a valid MI driver's license. BLS certification is required, with pelvic health experience preferred. Shift is Day, with 4 weekly hours.

Qualifications

• Required Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Preferred Master’s Degree.
• 6 months of relevant experience Preferred.
• LIC-Physical Therapist - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required.
• LIC-Driver's License - STATE_MI State of Michigan Home Care Business Lines Upon Hire required.
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 90 Days required Or
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 90 Days required.
• Prefer candidates with Pelvic Health experience.

Responsabilités

• Provides therapy to patients based on patient need and medical direction.
• Provides patient/caregiver education and arranges for adaptive equipment as needed.
