Corewell Health in Michigan is seeking a part-time physical therapist to provide therapy to patients based on need and medical direction, and to educate patients and caregivers.

You will arrange adaptive equipment as needed and collaborate with the Rehab Resource Pool - Grand Rapids Hosp team to support safe, effective care. The schedule is day shift, 4 hours weekly, Monday to Friday, 6:30am to 6:30pm; MI PT licensure upon hire and BLS certification required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 6 months of relevant experience preferred.
• MI PT licensure upon hire.
• MI driver's license upon hire.
• BLS certification (AHA or ARC) required upon hire.

Responsabilités

• Provides therapy to patients based on patient need and medical direction.
• Provides patient/caregiver education and arranges for adaptive equipment as needed.

Connaissances

Bachelor's degree in physical therapy

6 months experience preferred
